There is ONE possibility I could imagine a rise in the shareprice over here:

IF Ibis Consulting has done anything since August, 1st, in the european market regarding new investors, THEN it could be possible, they told interested investors to wait until the Courts affirmed the patents. And maybe the decision of the German Patent Court is the first of the long awaited "door opener" for these investors.

Wishful thinking maybe, but I didn't do this the last months, so I'm entitled to...lol
