Has anyone checked the link for PTSC in Germany?

I checked the link for the price in Germany http://finance.yahoo.com/q?s=ptsc.f

which doesn't show any trades/change in volume (116,300) since 7:07 am. Does anyone else get the same thing or am I missing something?
