I have been trying to read and catch up over the last weeks. Now this exciting news from Germany! Your comment about a letter came to my mind too. And isn't it about time for a letter? Storm had all the dates posted about a week ago. I say we should have had one last week to keep in step with past letters. This info say we should have one NOW ( what ever that means ). Maybe RG needs time to digest the true meaning. Maybe TPL has to give its OK. The stock price is not saying yes or no. Well perhaps a small yes. I am watching the volume and techs. And of course the mm's may be holding back until they can make a few bucks. This moment is curious, exciting and full of potential IMO. We just need some confirmation from RG or legal documents and explanations ( many opinions expressed here so far, and thank you to all that have contributed ).

I ask this question, " Can a U.S. decision be that far off from this one?" And another question, " Are those decisions likely to be different? " GLTAL !!!!!
