The only issue I have with this PR is the simplistic nature of the release. It's almost flippant in it's approach. If it's important enough to PR, than it is equally as important to quickly follow up and explain the significance to the investment community. I had no issue with not seeing a SH letter from Mr. Goerner but in light of this development I fully expect to see one shortly. I'm still of the opinion that it has little bearing on the USPTO decision. They've already demonstrated what Judge Ward's opinion means to them. The USPTO continues to poke holes in the '148 even though JW's Markman was favorable towards the '148. We need further explaination, and quickly. IMO.
