plus the fact that the German Fed. court ruled in our favor makes one wonder what the hang-up is with the USPTO. Are they simply so overworked or are they being influenced by the likes of pubat? Do others still think that pubat was being paid by the Japanese companies to squash our patents? If so, can the USPTO continue with this delay? It is hard for me to understand how so many companies have signed knowing that their crews have disected the patents + have the Markman ruling + have the German Fed. courts ruling and STILL have no USPTO decision.
