We know the Germany patent gives us the "legal right" to sue for patent infringement in their country. However, will it give us the respect or prestige to convince infringers that they should grab an early bird MMP license deal versus fighting us in the German courts?
Why on earth should an "early bird MMP license" even be considered after the patent remains 100% intact with no changes whatsoever subsequent to the recent nullity proceedings?
I humbly suggest that the price just went up.
