Exactly right. I sit on the investment committe for 2 pension funds, one single employer and one multi employer and can tell you first hand there is no way either would be invested in PTSC, or any OTC company for that matter. When PTSC can show multiple quarters of sustained growth ,a consistent track record of returns and are listed on a formal exchange then the instituational investors will come calling.
