I think your response is directed at Cautious, none the less I'll add my 2 cents. PTSC still has a legal obligation to inform stockholders of pending litigation, not necessiarily the full details of the outcome as evidenced by the J3 settlement.But we should be made aware of pending litigation. If the German re-exam process was initiated several years ago perhaps it was mentioned in an old 10K, but I believe they must report all pending litigation. Though we are partners of TPL and TPL is a private company that is no excuse not keep shareholders aware. I believe they are still obligated under SEC regulations.I sent an E-mail to IR and included that question.
