What's different for the German companies versus the T3? Why not file a lawsuit against PTSC/TPL in the U.S.? If the '584 losses claims that subsequently weaken the patent, which country's juristiction will prevail if a suit is filed state side? I'm disappointed that Patriot decided it was important enough to release but not immediately follow up with more explanation. We really need clarification/explanation from the source and less speculation.
