Sorry for the delay in responding - trying to formulate a succinct response to this extensive query.
The obvious answer is that Patriot is looking to leverage all of its relationships and synergies among products/services whenever possible.
For example, the acquisition of Iameter products and services was a clear compliment to the existing relationships that Crossflo has in the healthcare markets, including HP.
The relationship between the Avot and Crossflo technologies are less conducive to marketing as a package. There may be a link that facilitates marketing in similar target audiences, but not as strong or as obvious.
Hope that is helpful and I have passed this along to Rick to keep him aware of the shareholder questions I receive.
