does the ruling in Germany allow us to take action against companies we have already settled with here in America ... kind of like double dipping?
if so that would be an ideal way to raise the price of the MMP ... America or Europe individually is a "discount" price while a world is larger.
ALSO, does this ruling impact the enormity of the American ruling?
