The following location gives a great discription of who infringes a patent in Germany. Basicly it says anyone who attempts to Market, stock, or import.....So if the J's attempt to anyway market products that contain MMP technology in Germany they infringe. They cannot import or export to or from Germany. That is my understanding. And Germany is the worlds 5th largest market.
