Whats wrong with our CEO/No comments from RG?

It's somehow said and irritaiting that we've gotten no comments in case of the MMP decision in Germany. Furthermore, the MMP reex. seems to me are more and more complex and TPL/Moore/PTSC have to face some problems to counter the claim rejections.

I hope they are doing well and put all there efforts to secure as much as possible from our MMP portfolio. For the present, we need that money to build up our additionally revenue stream.
