IMO it's a difficult situation: the MMP got upheld by the German Patent Court, but is still in the re-validation process by the USPTO. So my guess is, they are not able to say things in PUBLIC, while they may be able to say things in face to face communications with potential infringers/licensees.
Thus my completely uneducated guess is, before they will say something to the public, either the USPTO decision will be coming or new licensees, which would be proof of the importance of the german decision.
By the way: what are these guys at the USPTO doing with out patents since years...;-))??
GLTA and let's hope for a positive week!
