From the Examiner Interview:

"Examiner Banankhah agreed that the amendment to Claim 29 could be entered, because the amendment placed Claim 29 in condition for confirmation and was fully supported by the '584 patent.

The Patent Owner and Mr. Henneman appreciate the cooperative nature of the interview and thank Examiner Banankhah for his constructive assistance in this matter."
