The basis is my understanding of what I believe is the key invention represented in each patent and the obviousness of whether a chip infringes. I believe any jury can understand 2 clocks not the same a 1 clock, 50.1% or greater is a majority and so on. But anyone who does not know what the patents are about, will continue to have doubts no matter what I or anyone else says. And that may explain why some choose to sell at 12 cents. Opty
