I do not understand the logic of why the pps needs to be lower. Your saying that at 12 cents the investment would not be attractive to Swartz, but it would be at some lower number? He's still holding 6.7 million at near zero cost. If he wanted more than that, he could have stopped selling. What would make more sense to me would be that he might consider buying at current, or even higher, pps if + news from PTO and cash available. The added buying would provide a higher pps spike than w/o his buying, and thus a greater pps range for some selling.
