I am not sure what you want me to explain.. but I think you are wondering why they listed separately in the past.... I do know they "deemed affiliated" even back then in filing it showed the number together for voting power..... I am not reading anything into the separate & then together...... I think this we will be the filing from them..... so we will only be able to guess when we are rid of them!!!!!
