People saying he is overpaid makes me think you don't or have not seen people with mid-level sales jobs in corporate America??? The guy holds a very nice title and has a resume most would be jealous of. Sure, $500k is a lot of money for most, including me, but if you look at RG's background it probably took him some convincing to take it.
