YES, We can.

Sorry - NO, you can't. I've worked with the SEC on a daily basis in the past. The information would be needed to assess the risk and potential of the stock. Patriot would get their hand slapped for this (by the SEC) if they got caught. Fortunately, the SEC has much bigger problems to deal with right now - their own incompetency being number 1.
