1) PTSC did not have the AMD agreement (and funds)

2) PTSC did not have the wireless charging technology

3) PTSC was not in negotiations (reportedly) with 6 other infringers

4) PTSC did need to dilute further beyond the 100M they asked for (and got)

Hey, let the price slide some more. I wouldn`t mind holding a half Mil.....
