Do you know what information pertaining to that nullity procedure is available to the public? I'd like to know the arguments that DT put forth and what prior art the German Patent Court looked at. Do they make that stuff available to the public? TIA Opty

so far nothing is available to the public at least I didn't find anything. They usally publish their decisions on this site:

I will call them again tommorow to get some more information and will then of course share it here.
