You are comparing that situation to the current one of you thinking the USPTO is taking too long to complete the re-exam process? I don't see the similarities. What should I be telling my senator? "Sir, I invested in a penny stock that has a declining share price....I think the USPTO is intentionally stalling the re-exam but I have absolutely zero proof....please do something" I'm sure they'll be tripping over each other to get a congresssional hearing scheduled.
