So it is your belief that retail shareholders purchased at 9, 10, 11, 12 cents and are selling at 9, 10, 11, 12 cents? I wonder why they bought in the first place? Please look at the pps chart over the past couple of years. I seriously doubt that people are buying at these levels, just so they can sell at lower prices, which the chart suggests will be the case.
