MM don't accumulate and hold IMO, they buy and sell. My response to Opty was to show him why some investors sell for pennies.(nothing to do with MM) Some companies never recover. Some never intend to prosper long term either. I'm not making an implication about PTSC. I'm just saying many times a penny stock ends up in the fashion the chart showed.
