Opty, I agree with you.

One thing I think about Allicaense is that they were in court against J3 during most if not all negotiating time with T3. Once the J3 was completed in east texas the T3 jumped on what they felt was an opportunity due to the J3 resolution.

I think the game changes dramatically when Validity of the MMP is secure and their is no chance of losing the patents at trial but only infringement must be proven then.
