Usually a litigation search leads to an office action but also in this case to see a litigation search with no other action means to me another "non-final action"

I hope I'm wrong, but that's what I expect. When the action is "an intent to issue a reexamination certificate" the litigation search appears at the same time with the same date.

In this instance we're seeing the litigation search first,with no other action, so that's why I expect another non-final action by the examiner.
