Opty if you note page 3 of 4 on the IFW file...the one person not involved with these negotiations...at least at this face to face meeting...was...Mr. Moore.

His absence could be explained for a lot of reasons but IMO the lawyer was there to get this thing finalized...sometimes in the final negotiations it is best just to have the trained negotiator there rather than the inventor too... who may be more defensive in his thinking of certain modifications. I'm hoping wth just the legal rep. there we see a lot less delay and a quick issuance of the reexam certificate.
