Actually the OA rejection is good news to me. Firstly, it focuses on only 2 pieces of prior art, and discounts all the others as improper or duplicative.
Good news becuase the primary rejection is the Koopman patent. Koopman and the patent are quite familiar to Moore. They are both referenced on his Site. If Koopman is not a problem, unlikely May will be. All IMHO Opty
