Claim 29 has been amended and claims 30-54 have been cancelled. Perhaps a decision is near with this as well?

I haven't noticed any comments/discussion regarding the changes. Please excuse me if this has been chewed on already.

It seems to me that the all 3 patents ('148, '336, '584) are in the final stages of the re-ex. BWDIK

Is it possible that they're trying to get the '148, '584 and '336 decided on at about the same time because they are closely related? There has been action on all 3 recently. The original re-ex requests of the '336 & '148 were made on the same day....the '584 about a month later. All three are in the same Group Art unit.
