Thier a many possible reasons for no action...

1st... After the German Affrimation TPL/Allicense notfiy companies of the affrimation and give terms and consequences... The companies then banter back forth... I do not think we get the news then just start taking court action...this can be expensive and time consuming...

2nd... we know we are in postion to win with the PTo... do nothing until your bargining postion is better....

I hate to say this but we wait the game is long,,, and I hope it pays off
