I make no comment on your business acumen but would ask if there are numerous '336 patents, each competing for fees, like consultants?

There could well be legal ramifications if previous licencees were no longer able to "disadvantage their competitors" were fees to drop, as suggested.

We are in agreement: Alliacense have to commence a significant new stream of licensees or pay a visit to Germany.
