I do not believe by any means that I am the sharpest individual retail investor around. I firmly believe that there are thousands of retail and commercial investors/bankers/research groups and money types out there....yet none have seen the value of the patents, particularly with Germany????

IF there is money to be "guaranteed" in Germany then there should be a certain percentage of that already built into the price based on the court decision. The entire company can be bought now for pennies on the dollar compared to where it peaked with just speculation.

I believe there is a fundamental flaw, and that is why the price is where it is at.
