The inactivity is almost mind boggling with a security that has so many outstanding. I worry about the liquidity issue. Suppose a buyer came along right now who wanted to purchase a fairly significant amount of shares. He or she might be best served to place an all or none order to prevent mm's from dividing the order into small lots and raising the ask each time as well. I now see what etrade was telling me when they put ptsc on a broker assisted only trade restriction. This stock could easily be manipulated up or down with very few shares.
