No matter what is reported here or in what language, volume is the key. It WILL preceed any news. Kinda like the bump in volume preceeding the Roper signing. If it was patent validity we will see it big time before it hits the wires

Well, our volume has been increasing along with share price over the past several days. Volume is not over a million, but it is way more than 100K shares that was happening before. Today's volume is increasing. I concur with your observation. More good news seems to be approaching. I guess we could say more volume means bigger news!
