Discount Brokers

Hey All,



I know this has been asked and answered ad nauseum....so I apologize in advance for asking again.



Can anyone give me a broker that allows online trades of OTC stocks (including of course, PTSC) and DOES NOT require you to call and speak to a broker? I currently use Trade King and it's a pain in the a$$ to have to call and speak to a broker to buy/sell PTSC shares.
