As a reminder - USPTO Action Due This Week?

On the '336 patent, a re-exam litigation search was conducted on 3-3-09. In previous instances on this one and the other MMP patents undergoing re-exam, it was 15 calendar days from the time the litigation search was posted until the Office Action was posted. In all previous cases, it turned out to be a Non-Final Office Action of a non-final rejection. But who knows what tomorrow brings!?
