I have two reasons. One I can explain now fairly easily. The second will require some further effort by me to put the details together, which at this time I'm not sure that I will do.
The manpulation, again in IMO, was evidenced by the run up in volume last week prior to the after hours license agreement. Also, there has been speculation here that USTPO would indeed soon announce some much anticipated "good news". Then came the license agreement, which once again supported the probability that in fact, our patents are legitimate. It had been awhile since the last signing.
Yesterday the board was attacked by someone who tried to proclaim all patents were deemed valid. Price and volume continued to increase. Then bam, today we learn that our key patent, the 336, had in fact been rejected. I call that manipulation by someone who knew more than we did ahead of time.
