It is a little confusing..states "Final Action" or some such thing on the front page..and "Final Rejection Mailed" on the transaction history page / tab..

which is why I would re-iterate..wait for the doc. to appear on the Image File Wrapper page..probably will post tomorrow..we would get a better idea of what is going on at that point..
