and in essense an acceptance of the patent for the 336...

I know I'm dreamin and have no real idea.... but it would be nice if the 306 is the re-exam request and that is being rejected ... while the 336 is still in force...

Would seem kind of strange if germany upholds Roper buys and USPTO rejects... when teh Markman for the 336 seemed to go so well in our favor,...
