I agree. We should pursue infringement thru the German courts where our patent is valid. Also, if we have been in negoiations with any German defendants for as long a period of time as some USA or Asian defendants then it would seem that willful infringement would be more likely to prove. Penalties in Germany for willful infringement are much harsher than in the USA. In some cases it could involve 3 to 5 years imprisonment. This could prove to be a much better climate to pursue our goals. Build up our cash reserves then go forward in the USA, but also keeping in mind any time restrainsts for any appeals or patent life. Germany is much more patent friendly. I don't see any sense in swimming upstream against the current if we don't have to at this particular time.

Since the original patent was approved in Germany that is the equivalent of all seven U.S. patents. There should be great potential for considerable infringement in Germany. We should go in that direction immediately.
