I agree Cherry but we need to keep our heads. None of us really know the details of what the USPTO has a problem with on the 336. I think the shareholders deserve to get a formal response from PTSC with specifics of what exactly is the status of the 336 patent after this last USPTO communication. I believe as soon as RG has a chance to confir with TPL he must respond with a letter to shareholders. We deserve to know and I believe are entitled to know what this all means and what the options are going forward.

At this time without specifics everyone is guessing and that leads to inaccurate scenarios that can create panic and fear that may be unwarranted. We need to give PTSC a day or two to get the facts and enlighten us on the situation. I believe they will do this.
