After reading the file, I get the impression, the examiner is stubborn.

Moore et al were not able to convince him in the last nine months regarding the Kato and Ledzius patents, though even for me as a non-technician their arguments seemed valid and reasonable.

Hm, incredible, we are dependent from ONE person and time is NOT on our side...
