I'm wondering if TPL with Moores help can build models of what the examiner is trying to compare the all on chip patent to to show how significant the differences are between the patent and Kato/Ledzius? Perhaps somthing visual would be more effective. TPL and Moore may have figured they were getting nowhere with this examiner and thought a more knowledgeable three person panel may be a better way to get the patent aprroved.

At any rate IMO the 336 is far from dead. I look forward to some explanation from PTSC. I know that selling at these levels is not an option for me and I plan on sticking it out.
