jonahlomu and optymystic are the tech people, I've just been lucky in finding inconsistencies in the examiner's arguments, which they have taken the time to fully articulate and allowed me to reread with a better understanding of the engineering aspects.

My limited knowledge is on the legal side, having studied law to doctoral level. Even then, my perspective is one of many possible interpretations.

It is my opinion that an appeal is now in order rather than a RCE, as the request for continued examination would leave the decision-making process with the same examiner.
