If private organizations like PubPat have the right to challenge the validity of patents. Do private groups, like shareholders, have the right to challenge USTPO decisions, by presenting alternate facts and expertise like what we have seen presented here by jonahlomu and others.
What about Fish? Can he be made to talk on our behalf?
