The facts are what they are. If we did lose the 336 ruling, this is probably the end of any large money from any lawsuits and it will add to the weapons to the lawsuits that have been filed against us. The only real hope left is that our M/A activity produces some amazing results. I don't forsee PTSC being anymore than a nickel stock for sometime to come.
