EMPT........I am in the camp that says that we were guilty/ PTO / before we started this process........

While i am not saying that everyone was in the bag i know from personal EXPERIENCE that once someone who has spent a vast amount of hours doing research/ his other eyes will affirm that decision based on the FIRST TO RESEACH PRINCIPAL..........

The first to Reseach Principal always says do not rock the boat........You spent the most hours so you must know your S###t..............

I agree that once they have this power to dictate one must do their best to look for crums............The dog prncipal............The harder you push on his back the harder he pushes back..............The bait we were using did not work so hopefully like you said they will throw us a bone ............

You would have thunk that the German decision would have put pressure on them to be fair...........
