I have a curious question for the Board. Since the PTSC Patent 336 has apparently been denied in re-exam who in fact owns the IP technolgy that PTSC thought they held the patent for? Since the PTSC patent has been denied does that suggest that in past someone else had been denied a patent on this technology because the Patent Office told them that PTSC held the patent on the technology.This would then suggest that the person (s) entitled to a patent on this IP technology would now have an issue with the Patent Office because they would have been denied a patent since patent 336 had already been issued to PTSC that has now been denied under re-exam. In otherwords, is there a rightfull person (s) that is entitled to a patent on this IP technology and who is it.
