I am not sure if it's killed!

Sure, I am surprised about the hard USPTO decision and still wondering why big companies with hundreds of patent attornies even paid one cent. So, something went wrong here. The German patent office says ok, the USPTO says no, more than 50 companies bouhgt a license...........I have really no clou where we are at the moment.
